Ingredients:
- 1 package strawberries (1 pound or 450 grams)
- 1 package semi sweet chocolate chips (300 grams)
Directions:
- Gently rinse strawberries and let dry on paper towel.
- Fill a medium saucepan ⅓ to ½ full with water and place on low to medium heat.
- Place a stainless steel (or other heatproof) bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring that it is not touching the water. Add the chocolate into the bowl and let melt, stirring periodically.
- Dip the dry strawberry into the melted chocolate to evenly coat.
- Place the chocolate covered strawberry on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened, about 30 minutes.
