Fresh “ginger puree” really kicks up the flavour in any dish. I often add ginger and/or turmeric to meals when anyone in my household is sick with a sore throat, cold or flu…so many healing properties and health benefits!
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup peeled, chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Place the peeled, chopped ginger and water into a blender and puree.
- Store the ginger puree in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks and use in your recipes as needed.
