This is such a delicious chickpea dip that is incredibly easy to make in your own kitchen. You can get creative and add ground cumin and/or tahini or leave it simple. Before serving, you can always spruce it up by drizzling olive oil and sprinkling paprika on top.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic puree
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients to the desired texture.
