It doesn’t matter if you like Indian food or not, you will love my ice cream recipe.  It’s creamy, delicious and such a treat on summer day or to cool off after a hot meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipping cream, 35% M.F.
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp ground pistachios or almonds

 

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and use a handheld electric mixer on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form which will take about a minute.

 

  1. Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk and whisk on medium speed for about 10 seconds to combine the ingredients.

 

  1. Pour the mixture into a rectangular 9” x 11” cake pan or dish.

 

  1. Sprinkle the top with ground pistachios or ground almonds.

 

  1. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or until frozen.

 

  1. Cut into squares and serve.
