This simple treat is not just a kiddie favourite but will have adults reaching for more too! I love white chocolate and have a weakness for Oreo cookies so combining the two…soooo good!
Ingredients:
- 15 Oreo cookies
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, bring about an inch of water to a simmer.
- Set a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
- Place the white chocolate chips in the bowl, stirring occasionally as the chocolate melts.
- Meanwhile, chop the Oreo cookies into small pieces including the middle icing.
- Once the chocolate has melted, add the Oreo cookie crumbs and pieces into the bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread to about ¼ inch thick.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, cut into pieces and serve.
