This simple treat is not just a kiddie favourite but will have adults reaching for more too!  I love white chocolate and have a weakness for Oreo cookies so combining the two…soooo good!

Ingredients:

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. In a small saucepan, bring about an inch of water to a simmer.

  1. Set a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

  1. Place the white chocolate chips in the bowl, stirring occasionally as the chocolate melts.

  1. Meanwhile, chop the Oreo cookies into small pieces including the middle icing.

  1. Once the chocolate has melted, add the Oreo cookie crumbs and pieces into the bowl and stir to combine.

  1. Pour the white chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread to about ¼ inch thick.

  1. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.

  1. Once the chocolate has hardened, cut into pieces and serve.
