Although I have used Toblerone chocolate for this recipe, you can use almost any chopped up chocolate bar or smashed candy-coated chocolate such as M&M’s and it will be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz or 250 mg each)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup Dulce de Leche*
  • 1 Toblerone chocolate bar (150 grams)
  • Oreo crust

*If you cannot buy or make Dulce de Leche, use caramel syrup

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust.

 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed to smooth it out.

 

  1. Add sugar and vanilla to the bowl and continue to beat on medium speed.

 

  1. Add the eggs and beat on medium speed until smooth and blended together.

 

  1. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

 

  1. Remove from oven and let cool.

 

  1. Once cooled, spread Dulce de Leche evenly on top of the cheesecake.

 

  1. Chop up the Toblerone chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of the Dulce de Leche.
