- 1 cup diced green peppers (or ½ cup diced green peppers and ½ cup diced red peppers)
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander

- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- ½ lime, freshly squeezed
