This flavourful salad adds texture to the table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can chickpeas
  • 1 cup diced green peppers (or ½ cup diced green peppers and ½ cup diced red peppers)
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
  • ½ lime, freshly squeezed

 

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
