A snack on its own or also great tossed in a salad, roasted chickpeas are easy and simply delicious. Toss in your favourite spices and bake, that’s it!
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss to ensure the chickpeas are well coated.
- Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Note: If the chickpeas aren’t as crisp as you would like, crank up the oven to 400°F and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
