An easy appetizer and most certainly a crowd pleaser. With a smooth texture and a hint of sweetness, your guests will enjoy every bite. I prefer to serve these sweet peppers straight out of the oven when they are still warm.
Ingredients:
- Sweet peppers
- Goat cheese
- Honey
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the sweet peppers lengthwise and discard the seeds.
- Use a butter knife to spread the goat cheese inside each halved sweet pepper and then place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until the peppers have softened.
